Did you miss the webinar? You can still listen...
A few people have asked if they could possibly access the video of the webinar - Understanding and Supporting Your Teenagers - which I gave at the end of April. Everyone who bought a ticket to that received their copy of the video afterwards for personal viewing in their household. I am happy to make it available to anyone else, especially as I won’t be giving a public webinar again.
There are a few simple conditions:
The cost would be £12.50. There is no VAT.
You would need to follow the copyright restrictions. This means that you commit to using it for your own benefit only and not sharing or allowing it to be shared. (Teachers and other professionals may, of course, use it for their professional development, watching it on their own at home or work, but if you want to use it in a group setting or for training, just ask me and we can talk about a group licence.)
I am only allowed to sell within the UK, for tax reasons.
Free extract for you
Feel free to watch the taster extract below. It’s about 13 minutes long; the full webinar is well over an hour including the Q&A.

A few of the feedback comments after the webinar:
I found your talk super helpful yesterday.
…your handouts on how to combat stress and anxiety will be very handy!
I downloaded the recording and it is fab! I am so sorry I wasn’t able to be there in person.
Thank you for this talk. Your style is so succinct, which is such an art, combined with a non-lecturing tone. It really helped me to get a recap on the physiological stuff of stress and anxiety, also bandwidth vs multitasking and the great table of balance. I will be going back over and digesting my own notes and your handouts, in order to put into practise……. I think I might draw the table on our family white board in the kitchen – my children respond well to more visual prompts. I can let the image speak for itself so that I can do less talking/cajoling/persuading/encouraging/despairing!
Thank you so much. This was very interesting and helpful and I think the understanding makes a lot of sense! I loved the table of wellbeing and the legs. Really strong visual that’s easy to use. Thank you
Science based and pragmatic. Love the harbour analogy
… really informative
Thank you, Nicola! Lots to think about. Shall look forward to reading through those notes!
Thank you so much for this evening. Hugely appreciated, and great to know that not alone.
Thank you so much – really interesting and helpful.
Thank you Nicola Morgan I am refugee mother … and trying to be good mother…thank you all help and support
Do pass this to anyone you think might be interested. It’s for parents, carers, grandparents (etc) as well as teachers and mental health professionals.
I’ll see some of you at the School Library Association conference this weekend - looking forward to it! (As long as my allergically swollen eye has gone down…) I’ll be posting the handouts for that on Thursday.
Meanwhile, to raise your spirits and engender a feeling of “awww”, here is a photo of something in the field opposite my house:
